A well developed and executed corporate headshot is PRICELESS and we understand that you can pay a little (or a lot) for photography in and around the Philadelphia area. At Philadelphia Business Headshots by Rouse Photography Group our goal is to exceed your expectations by providing you with exceptional images from your session in addition to outstanding service and follow-up AFTER your session.

Standard Session -$299 (Photographed at Our Center City Location)

• Select this option when you need  (1) PROFESSIONAL business headshot photographed at our Center City office location.
• This session last approximately 20-30 minutes and you’ll leave the session after having picked your final image.
• Your final selection always receives our FREE retouching package (brighten eyes, remove stray hair, reduce wrinkles/age lines, and whiten teeth) at no additional cost.
• We typically deliver your image electronically within 48 hours. Need the image YESTERDAY (we know…stuff happens)…just ask. We’ve delivered some images within 90 24 (new record) minutes. How’s that for quick delivery?
• We require a deposit of $75 (or 20%, whichever is greater) to reserve your date/time. Your deposit will be applied towards your session total. Click here to pay your deposit now.

 

Executive Session -$475 (Photographed at Your Location)

• Select this option when you need  (1) PROFESSIONAL business headshot and you need us to come to your business location.
• We will need 30-45 minutes to set up our lights and background
• Your session last approximately 45 minutes and allows for a change of clothing and/or hair change
• Your final selection always receives our basic retouching package (brighten eyes, remove stray hair, reduce wrinkles/age lines, and whiten teeth) at no additional cost.
• We deliver your image electronically within 48 hours. Need the image YESTERDAY??? (we know…stuff happens)…just ask. We’ve delivered some images within 90 24 (new record) minutes. How’s that for quick delivery?

Office/Group Pricing -Call for a Custom Quote

We are more than happy to provide CUSTOM QUOTES for groups, entire offices/organizations, or to come to your location. Since scheduling and logistics are more complex for offices and groups you should call us at (202) 596-1548 to go over the details for your specific needs.

We’ve worked with small design houses as well as large firms with 900+ attorneys where we photographed 40-50 sessions per day. No matter how many sessions you need we are well equipped to handle the opportunity.

• Extensive Retouching  ($75 per image)

Terms & Conditions

1. A $75 retainer fee (or 20% whichever is greater) is required to secure your session time; with the balance due at the time of the session. The retainer is credited toward your session.
2. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand the schedule of the busy professional. However, cancellations must be  made within 72 hours of your session. All cancellations made within 72 hours forfeits your session based on the schedule below. No-shows/No-calls are bille 100% of the creative fee. We feel that this is an obvious and fair policy that everyone can understand.

48-72 hours: 40% of creative fee

24-48 hours: 60% of creative fee

less than 24 hours: 80% of creative fee

No-shows/No-Call: 100% of creative fee
